YogaFly Basic 1

Course Objectives: All our trainings are tailored to maximize study outcome by teaching you balanced portions of theory, practical experience and observation.Yoga Fly Instructor training basic 1 will provide you with the solid foundation and skills you need to teach beginners Yoga Fly™ classes. Ongoing practice after the instructor training is part process to become a certified instructor.
In this course you will learn: Technical knowledge about the training instrument
Basic principles
Exercise goals
Modifications to increase or decrease exercise intensity
Modifications for specific body types and postural issues
Communication and observational skills
Verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation

Experience in Body Movement
